The surveys are run by independent companies and your money will be credited to your account when we receive confirmation from them that you have properly completed the survey. This will typically happen within a few hours, but may require several days. We regularly inspect the crediting processes to ensure that any crediting errors or delays on our end are addressed as quickly as possible. Please note that you must qualify for and fully complete the survey to receive credit. Daily Surveys may also not credit if you are not allowing 24 hours between surveys (unless they state you may take more than one in a 24 hour period) or if they are flagged as being completed hastily or include inconsistent responses; please make sure you're not going through the surveys too quickly but are providing thorough and thoughtful responses.

Just don't understand how you can finish a 40 minute survey only to reach the end and it says you don't qualify. Wow.

I am sorry that happened. Do you recall the name or number of the survey?

Surveys do contain quality controls and that could be the reason for getting booted out at/near the end of a survey. For example, inputting conflicting or inconsistent answers, an inaccurate response to a control-question that is seeking a particular response (e.g. "Answer C for this question"), or providing answers following a set pattern (a,b,c,c,a,a,b,c,c...). Rushing through a survey may also cause a disqualification.

^It was a Pulley survey, but I don't know what the number was. I understand there are quality controls, etc, but I spent 40 minutes doing it. It's okay though, nothing I can do about it now, but still disappointing nonetheless.

Default SSI Surveys?

Are they gone? I didn't see them at all yesterday and I am not seeing them yet today?

The SSI surveys are set to disappear from your list when they have no surveys available for you. When new surveys do become available for you, SSI should reappear.
